It has been a rediculously long time since either Jon or I have posted - 2 weeks! I do love you blog, I promise. Work and life and everything has just been crazy. So, until something cool happens, I will leave you with a cool picture of four little eggs. This birdie built a nest in the wreath on the front of Jon's parent's door. You have to be really careful when you open the door to make sure you don't knock any of the eggs out!

Here's to your eventual hatching and flying away, little birdies!

Hello Allie, Jon, and Lenny!

I recently rediscovered your blog, and realized how silly I'd been to forget! That birdie nest is great. Spring is coming slowly to the Mono Basin - it snowed two inches on Easter, blechhhh. Clare and I moved to June Lake, and just got back from a short trip to Santa Cruz to help Ryan turn 21... quite the adventure!

Jon, I like the crossfade photo technique, and I sent the page to Greg for possible use when the MLC's website gets updated. Allie, did you know there will be a web intern this summer to help with that? Maybe you should come back and sit side by side with Greg every day... hehehe!

Take care, both of you, and I'll keep checking your blog!

xoxo, Elin

Alas, the babies have hatched and flown, but every year that the momma builds there is a reminder of rebirth and the growth and warmth to follow...
